Information on data processing

The personal data controller is Volkswagen Group Services sp. z o. o. ul. Szyperska 14, 61-754 Poznań.

The personal data will be collected for the purpose of current recruitment and, if you have also consented expressly and willingly consented hereto, may also be used for future recruitment.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is

  • your consent under Article 6 par. 1 point a) of General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 regarding data not listed in art. 22(1) of the Polish Labour Code;
  • Article 6 par. 1 points b) and c) of General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 regarding data listed in art. 22(1) of the Polish Labour Code.

Your personal data can be transferred to other recipients, if it is necessary to conduct the recruitment process and to the extent which is necessary to carry out this purpose, especially to companies, who provide us with recruiting, personnel or human resources services. Your personal data may also be transferred to other companies of the Volkswagen Group within European Union insofar, as it is necessary to conduct the recruitment process. Your data will not be transferred outside of the European Union.

Your personal data shall be stored until the current recruitment is finished. If you have agreed to use of your data also for future recruitment, your personal data will be stored for a period of 3 years from the end of the calendar year in which the consent was given (that is until the 31st December of the third year after the consent was given).

You have the right:

  • to access the content of personal data which we possess regarding you;
  • to request an update or correction of all incorrect data or completion of all incomplete data;
  • to revoke your consent to data processing at any moment, which shall be effective for the future.

You may also under some circumstances:

  • lodge an objection against data processing;
  • request removal of personal data;
  • request stop or limiting of data processing;
  • to request that specified personal data is transferred to you or to another data controller, or to contract the transfer of data to such other controller.

You have right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Authority for Personal Data Protection (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.

The submission of the data within the scope defined by the regulations of Polish Labour Code of 26 June 1974 and implementing acts is voluntary however indispensable for carrying out of the recruitment purposes. The submission of additional data is voluntary and requires your explicit consent.
