Accounting - since the establishment of the company in 2016, accounting has been the main area of our activities. As an Accounting Competence Centre we provide services within three areas:
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE area is focused on comprehensive services for Volkswagen Group suppliers. The teams operating within this area cooperate with companies in Germany, Denmark, Slovakia, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, France, Great Britain and Poland. They provide such accounting services as:
- verification and optimization of invoices,
- posting invoices from suppliers for the purchase of goods and services,
- payment management,
- handling basic master data of suppliers,
- producing reports and accounting statements,
- maintaining contact with suppliers (monitoring payment terms, reconciling account balances etc.),
- reviewing and analyzing financial and accounting queries,
- month/year-end closing processes.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE is an area dedicated to broadly understood accounting services for Volkswagen Group customers, providing services to companies from Germany, Great Britain, Spain, Portugal, Poland and France. The scope of tasks performed includes such operations as:
- verification of correctness and completeness of accounting documents,
- verification of certificates of origin,
- customer account management,
- issuing and posting documents,
- posting bank statements and allocating payments,
- preparing outgoing payments to customers,
- order management along with the credit assessment of customers,
- debt recovery,
- confirming balances with external customers and group companies,
- producing reports and accounting statements,
- month/year-end closing processes,
- contact with internal departments and external customers.
GENERAL LEDGER, in cooperation with other departments, performs the following tasks:
- stock reconciliation,
- analysis of inventory results,
- posting bank statements and controlling cash flow,
- posting accounting journals and accruals,
- reconciling general ledger account balances,
- maintaining and depreciation of fixed assets,
- producing reports and accounting statements,
- month/year-end closing processes.
COMMERCIAL SERVICES embraces the following services:
- Inputmanagement:
- Classification of leasing application documents,
- Processing leasing contracts, tax decisions, service agreements, indexing of insurance and banking contract documents,
- Verification of invoices for the purchase of cars, maintenance services, car rental,
- Processing amendments related to the vehicle history cards of cars credited by the concern.
- Scanning UK: scanning incoming receipts and recording them into the system for verification.
- Customer Care International - email and phone customer support:
- Notdienst hotline - assisting customers in emergency situations on the road,
- VW/SKODA Customer Care - handling telephone enquiries from VW and Skoda customers and written processing of incoming customer enquiries via various communication channels (email, chat, web forms).
- FOKK: processing customer enquiries in the Back Office and Front Office area.
- DSGVO: handling customer enquiries in the context of personal data processing in VW Group systems and databases.
- Central Know-How Protection Services (CKPS):
- First Level Support (SPOC) for suppliers, monitoring of the status of non-disclosure agreements with suppliers.
- Requests for TISAX-Modell (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) certification
- Developing an up-to-date customer database in Saleceforce ticketing system.
BUSINESS OPERATION SERVICES provides services and solutions in 3 areas:
Consulting:
- Digital Media: planning and automated purchase of digital advertisements based on user activities on the Internet.
- Chart Factory: producing professional presentations for corporate clients, development of in-house graphic resource base.
- PMO as a Service: qualified team supporting the client within project portfolio management.
- PMO/PM (IT Services) - a team of IT Project Managers, managing projects in their respective areas such as developing and securing network infrastructure, implementing process improvements by developing bots, keeping computer hardware and software up to date, supporting IT application development.
Data Engineering:
- SAP 1st level support (IT Services) - support of SAP users, daily monitoring, transfer of transports from test to production area.
- Digital Workplace Service Support - support for Volkswagen employees in the usage of videoconferencing and wireless content presentation tools.
- Infrastructure Dataservice 1st level support - recovery or backup of data, e.g. lost e-mails from outlook inbox, cooperation with the legal department.
- BI Data Proxy - automation of Data Proxy and development of new system architecture solutions, as well as deployment of new areas on-Prem as well as in the Cloud.
Procurement & Business Services:
- PRM - supporting ordering parties in IT procurement processes, administrative tasks related to procurement monitoring.
- Business Intelligence - producing analyses concerning group expenditures, development of new reporting solutions, maintaining data consistency and working on databases for HR and finance departments, production of automated reports.
LOGISTICS area is focused on:
- execution of technical and logistic projects for Volkswagen factories,
- cooperation and coordination of external companies,
- planning the setting of production materials.
