We are a modern shared services center, offering support for business operations and complementary services to other Volkswagen Group companies in Europe.

We started our activity in 2016 as a Competence Center in the area of ​​accounting, which is still a significant field of our operations.

We provide accounting services in three areas: General Ledger, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.

By  opening up to new business challenges, we constantly expand the scope of our services in the field of data processing and verification, IT services, media programmatic, business intelligence, software user support, project management and customer care. We have successfully added new business areas to our portfolio with the development of Commercial Services, Business Operation Services and  Logistics branches.

From the very beginning of our operation, our head office is located in the center of Poznań, on the Warta River.

In 2021, we opened a branch in Toruń, a new space supporting the dynamics of our activities.

To ensure the best quality and smooth run of our services we actively recruit not only on local labor markets, but also throughout the country, offering attractive and stable employment conditions.

Since the establishment in 2001, Volkswagen Group Services have been developing dynamically . The company's branches operate in several locations in Germany and in other European countries such as Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary and Poland.
