Recruitment process
• On-line application – go to the JOB OFFERS tab, which will take you to an external website with a full list of open vacancies. Apply via the form. • CV analysis - if your CV is accepted, you will have an online interview with the recruiter. You will receive feedback on the results of the first stage of the recruitment process within 3 working days of the interview. • Stage I - if your CV is accepted, you will have an online interview with the recruiter. You will receive feedback on the results of the first stage of the recruitment process within 3 working days of the interview. • Stage II – if the candidacy is positively considered after the first stage, you will be scheduled for the second stage of online recruitment with the Hiring Manager (the client's representatives may also participate in the second stage). • Final decision and feedback – regardless of the results of the recruitment process, we will contact you and inform you about the outcome of the recruitment process. • Signing a contract – candidates who have successfully passed the recruitment process are offered employment based on an employment contract, and in the case of internships – a contract of mandate.
