Recruitment process
On-line application – send us your application to recruiting@volkswagen-groupservices.com. We analyse the submitted offers in terms of available positions and internships.
Recruitment meeting with a representative of the HR department – we will present the company's area of activities and development prospects in more detail. We will also ask about your career path, motivation and expectations.
Interview with the head of the department (Team Leader) – a meeting to present the specifics of work in the position to which the application relates.
Final decision and feedback – regardless of the results of the recruitment process, we will contact you and inform you about the result of the recruitment process.
Signing a contract - for candidates who have successfully passed the recruitment process, we offer employment based on an employment contract. As a standard, our employees receive a contract for an indefinite period after a 3-month trial period.
