One of the key elements of the system is the Whistleblower tool, thanks to which anyone can safely report potential violations. The Whistleblower System is a key tool that allows you to report suspected serious breaches of regulation. It also covers potential violations of the code of conduct by suppliers, including violations of human rights and environmental regulations. Thanks to the efficient operation and confidentiality of reports, the system helps to quickly respond to irregularities, protecting the company, its employees and business partners. It provides the highest level of protection for both whistleblowers and investigators, contributing to maintaining standards of good governance.

Cooperation with our suppliers is based on mutual trust, transparency and shared values. We require all business partners to comply with the "General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services or Sale of Goods to Volkswagen Group Services Sp. z o.o." and the "Code of Conduct for Business Partners", which define the ethical, social and environmental standards applicable throughout the supply chain.
