With working remotely, we create more creative freedom and self-determination in the new world of work.

Remote work is an integral part of our corporate culture.

We have set ourselves the goal of providing our employees with optimal framework conditions through working remotely so that they can combine work and leisure time in the best possible way. Individual design options offer a wide range of freedom, for example for families. 

Scope of remote work

In consultation with their supervisor and if the area of responsibility allows, the employee can work with us largely remotely. This hybrid work model allows our employees, regardless of where they live, to work for us from any location in Poland according to their needs. Temporary remote work abroad is also possible in selected countries. In this way, we offer our employees as much flexibility as possible in terms of time and place.

Each department determines the scope of remote work internally. It is important that the employee is also available to his colleagues during remote work. 

Remote work abroad

In line with our image as an innovative employer, we enable our employees to work temporarily from other European countries. No matter what inspires you: cultural experiences or unique workation – with us as an employer it is possible. A specially prepared application for remote work abroad must be submitted to the supervisor. A necessary condition is to have your main place of residence in Poland.

You can spend a total of 90 days in 12 calendar months on workation in one of the listed European Union countries: Greece, Portugal, Italy, Spain, France, Croatia, Austria, Germany, Malta, Belgium and the Netherlands.
